<p><strong>产品安装步骤</strong></p>
<div>1.将接收器通过四个角的螺丝孔将其安装在电柜里。</div>
<div> 2.参考我们的接收器接线图，对照你的现场设备，将设备通过线缆和接收器连接，用网线把接收器和系统的X130接口连接好。</div>
<div> 3.接收器固定好后，将航空插头底座安装在面板的手轮开孔位置，底座另一端线排插在接收器上的手轮接口处。然后将手轮端线缆航空插头插入底座，拧紧固定装置。</div>

<div>1.接收器通电，接收器工作指示灯闪亮，用网线将接收器和电脑连接，设置电脑的固定IP地址，使用网络配置工具软件对手轮功能进行网络参数设置，具体设置</div>
<div>方法参考《LUWGP-ETS有线手轮的使用说明》。</div>
<div> 2.接收器设置完成之后，系统需要编程PLC程序，具体请参考《LUWGP-ETS不同西门子数控系统的设置方法》以及PLC程序例程资料、视频资料等。</div>
<div> 3.以上设置完成之后，将接收器拿到机器电柜安装好，网线从电脑拔出插到系统的X130接口上，接收器电源和脉冲线插好。</div>

<div>4.Encendido ar máquina ，接收器通电，接收器工作指示灯闪亮，打开手轮电源开关，手轮屏幕开机，屏幕显示PLC:1010，代表手轮和系统通信成功。</div>
<div>5.选中轴选：Alternar interruptor selección eje，Seleccione ar eje nä&#039;ä gi operar。</div>
<div>6.Seleccionar velocidad alimentación：Alternar interruptor multiplicador，Elija ar engranaje velocidad alimentación da t&#039;ot&#039;e。</div>
<div>7.Mover ar eje：Presione ne mantenga presionado botón habilitación，Seleccione interruptor selección eje，Seleccione interruptor velocidad alimentación，Tso̲kwa continuación, gire codificador pulso，顺时针转动正向移动轴，逆时针转动负向移动轴。</div>
<div>8.按住任意自定义按钮，接收器对应按钮IO输出打开，松开按钮输出关闭。</div>
<div>9.Presione botón parada emergencia，接收器对应急停IO输出断开，手轮功能失效，释放急停按钮，急停IO输出闭合，手轮功能恢复</div>

<div>1.将接收器通过背面的卡扣安装在电柜里，或者通过接收器四个角的螺丝孔将其安装在电柜里。</div>
<div> 2.参考我们的接收器接线图，对照你的现场设备，将设备通过线缆和接收器连接。</div>
<div> 3.接收器固定好后，必须将接收器配备的天线接好，并且将天线外端安装或者放置在电柜外部，建议放在电柜顶部信号效果最好，禁止将天线不接，或者将</div>
<div>天线放在电柜内部，可能会导致信号无法使用。</div>

<p> 4.最后打开手轮电源开关，就可以进行手轮遥控机器操作了。</p>

1.将接收器通过背面的卡扣安装在电柜里，或者通过接收器四个角的螺丝孔<span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">将其安装在电柜里。</span></div>

<div> 3.接收器固定好后，必须将接收器配备的天线接好，并且将天线外端安装或者放置在电柜外部，建议放在电柜顶部信号效果最好，禁止将天线不接，或者将天线放在电柜内部，可能会导致信号无法使用。</div>
