⑦小电机转弯开关：

1.Install the receiver in the electric cabinet through the snap-on on the back，Or install it in the electrical cabinet through the screw holes at the four corners of the receiver.。
2.Refer to our receiver wiring diagram，Compare your on-site equipment，将设备通过导线和接收器连接。
3.接收器固定好后，必须将接收器配备的天线接好，并且将天线外端安装或者放置在电柜外部，建议放在电柜顶部信号效果最好，禁止将天线不接，或者将
天线放在电柜内部，可能会导致信号无法使用。
4.最后给遥控器安装电池，电池盖拧紧，然后打开遥控器电源开关，遥控器显示屏会显示正常工作界面后，就可以进行遥控操作了。

7.产品操作说明
7.1遥控器参数设置
进入遥控器后台参数方法：模式开关扳到手动模式，小电机速度调到左右都是25，或者都是0、10、20、40、50，大电机正转开关向上连续扳动3次，向下连续扳动3次；
使用“小电机调速”旋钮翻页，按下使能后转动小电机调速旋钮修改参数；
修改完之后，翻页到最后，选择保存退出，按下使能按钮退出菜单；
参数如下：
Maximum current：大电机电流反馈值范围，设置范围15-200A，默认100；
Speed control parameters：自动模式小电机自动加速快慢，越小越快，设置范围200-1500，Default 800；
Deceleration parameters：设置允许电机速度变化的上限，电流变化超过此值时，将减速。
越小，左右电机减速越快，范围05-12，默认06；
Acceleration a1：越大电机速度增加的越快，范围00-06，默认01；
Deceleration a2：越大电机速度降低的越快，范围00-06，默认02；
使能调速：小电机调速是否需要按使能，00不使能，01使能，默认01；
Start self-locking：大电机正反转开关松开后是否自动保持自锁，00不保持，01保持，默认01；
maximum walking：左右电机速度最大值，范围10-100，默认50；
Cutting current：切割电流最大值，屏幕显示IC值，范围15-160，默认30，屏幕对应显示IC：30。此参数上限=最大电流x80%；
Default speed limit：开机默认小电机自动切割速度，范围00-100，默认10，屏幕对应显示F1.0，此参数仅在最大行走设为50时准确。
automatic mode：设为00，自动/手动开关是模式切换，设为01，自动/手动开关打到自动档位，显示屏显示照明，接收器上自动端子输出闭合，打到手动，自动输出端子断开；
speed limit offset：小电机自动切割速度上限，范围00-200，默认60，屏幕对应显示6.0；显示值上限=限速偏移×0.1；
Maximum host：大电机最高速度，范围10-100，默认50；
mbus设备（必设）：大电机变频器型号选择，范围00-03，默认03；

7.3遥控器操作说明
1.机器通电，Remote control power on，进入遥控器后台，设置好遥控器后台参数，主要
是设置小电机和大电机变频器型号（机器厂家已设置的跳过这一步）；
2.设置好变频器参数（机器厂家已设置的跳过这一步）；
3.遥控器扳到手动模式，然后使用遥控器将机器移动至工作位置；
4.In manual mode，设置好大电机切割电流设定值IC，设置好大电机速度；
5.扳到自动模式，设置好小电机切割限速F值；
6.In automatic mode，将大电机开关扳到正转启动大电机，然后将小电机开关扳到
前进或后退档，遥控器进入自动切割模式，start cutting。
