Comments:
①急停按钮
Press the emergency stop button,Two groups of emergency stop IO outputs on the receiver are disconnected,And all functions of the handwheel are invalid。
After the emergency stop is released,Emergency stop IO output closed on the receiver,All functions of the handwheel are restored。

②屏幕显示

PLC:0000代表网线没有连通PLC:1010代表网线和PLC系统连接成功

PLC:1110代表手轮写入系统数据成功PLC:0001代表连接电脑成功

③自定义按钮
6Custom buttons,Each button corresponds to an IO output point on the receiver,也通过通信与系统连接
④轴选开关
Switching the axis selection switch can switch the moving axis controlled by the handwheel。
⑤使能按钮
按住两侧任意一个使能按钮摇动脉冲编码器才有效并且接收器上的2组使能IO输出导通,Release the enable button,Enable IO output disconnection。
⑥倍率开关
切换倍率开关可以切换手轮控制的倍率
⑦脉冲编码器
Press and hold the enable button,Shaking pulse encoder,Send a pulse signal,Control the machine shaft movement。

1.将接收器通过四个角的螺丝孔将其安装在电柜里
2.Refer to our receiver wiring diagram,Compare your on-site equipment,将设备通过线缆和接收器
连接用网线把接收器和系统的X130接口连接好
3.After the receiver is fixed,将航空插头底座安装在面板的手轮开孔位置底座另一
端线排插在接收器上的手轮接口处然后将手轮端线缆航空插头插入底座拧紧

1.The receiver is powered on,The receiver operating light is on,用网线将接收器和电脑连接设置电脑的固定IP地址使用网络配置工具软件对手轮功能进行网络参数设置具体设置
方法参考《LXWGP-ETS有线手轮的使用说明》
2.接收器设置完成之后系统需要编程PLC程序具体请参考《LXWGP-ETS不同西门子数控系统的设置方法》以及PLC程序例程资料
3.以上设置完成之后将接收器拿到机器电柜安装好网线从电脑拔出插到系统的X130接口上接收器电源和脉冲线插好
4.The machine is powered,The receiver is powered on,The receiver operating light is on,打开手轮电源开关手轮屏幕开机屏幕显示PLC:1010,代表手轮和系统通信成功
5.选中轴选:Switch axle selection switch,Select the axis you want to operate。
6.Select the multiplier:Switch the magnification switch,Select the multiplier you need。
7.Move the axis:Press and hold the enable button,Select the axis and switch,Select the multiplier switch,Then turn the pulse encoder,Turn clockwise forward movement axis,Turn the negative movement axis counterclockwise。
8.Press and hold any custom button,The corresponding button IO output of the receiver is turned on,Release button output close。
9.Press the emergency stop button,The receiver disconnects the emergency stop IO output,Handwheel function fails,Release the emergency stop button,Emergency stop IO output closed,Handwheel function recovery。
