Comment:

①脉冲编码器
按住使能按钮,Shaking pulse encoder,Send a pulse signal,Control the machine shaft movement。
②使能按钮
按下两侧任意一个使能按钮接收器上2组使能IO输出导通松开使能按钮使能IO输出断开并且在切换轴选倍率以及摇动手轮之前需要按住使能按钮才有效此功能可以通过配置软件取消
③指示灯
左侧灯开机灯手轮使用轴选OFF开机开机后此灯常亮
中间灯:signal light,操作手轮任意功能时此灯亮无操作时不亮
右侧灯低压报警灯电池电量过低此灯闪烁或常亮需要更换电池
④急停按钮
Press the emergency stop button,Two groups of emergency stop IO outputs on the receiver are disconnected,And all functions of the handwheel are invalid。

释放急停,Emergency stop IO output closed on the receiver,All functions of the handwheel are restored。

⑤倍率开关
按住使能按钮切换倍率开关可以切换手轮控制的倍率
⑥轴选开关(电源开关)
按住使能按钮,Switching the axis selection switch can switch the moving axis controlled by the handwheel。将此开关从OFF档切换到任意轴手轮电源开机
⑦自定义按钮

Product installation steps
1.Install the receiver in the electric cabinet through the snap-on on the back,Or install it in the electrical cabinet through the screw holes at the four corners of the receiver.。
2.Refer to our receiver wiring diagram,Compare your on-site equipment,Connect the device through a cable and a receiver。
3.接收器固定好后必须将接收器配备的天线接好并且将天线外端安装或者放置在电柜外部建议放在电柜顶部信号效果最好禁止将天线不接或者将天线放在电柜内部可能会导致信号无法使用
4.最后打开手轮电源开关就可以进行手轮遥控机器操作了

Receiver Wiring Reference Diagram

1.机器通电,Receiver powered on,接收器工作指示灯闪亮无线电子手轮安装好电池紧固好电池盖打开无线电子手轮电源开关手轮电量灯亮
2.选中坐标轴按住使能按钮切换轴选开关选中你要操作的轴
3.选中倍率按住使能按钮切换倍率开关选中你需要的倍率档
4.移动轴按住使能按钮选中轴选开关选中倍率开关然后转动脉冲编码器顺时针转动正向移动轴逆时针转动负向移动轴
5.按住任意自定义按钮接收器对应按钮IO输出打开松开按钮输出关闭
6.Press the emergency stop button,接收器对应急停IO输出断开手轮功能失效释放急停按钮急停IO输出闭合手轮功能恢复
7.一段时间不操作手轮手轮自动进入休眠待机降低电耗再次使用时可以通过按下使能按钮激活手轮

8.长时间不使用手轮建议将手轮轴选切到OFF档位关闭手轮电源延长电池使用时间
