履带车绳锯自动切割遥控器适用于履带式的绳锯切割机，采用485Modbus RTU 协议控制左右履带变频器调速启动和前后左右方向控制，以及大电机变频器调速启动。并且可以通过485-Modbus RTU协议读取大电机变频器工作电流，通过大电机电流的分析对比，自动实时调整左右履带速度，实现自动切割功能。

4.产品功能介绍

采用2档开关，可以切换自动和手动两种模式，显示屏上会有对应模式显示切换。

④大电机开关：
采用3档复位开关，扳动此开关，可以控制大电机正转和反转，松手后状态会保持，显示屏上会有对应显示，S1↑箭头表示正转，S1↓箭头表示反转。
⑤小电机前进/后退开关：
采用3档自锁开关，按下使能按钮+扳动此开关，可以控制小电机前进和后退，显示屏上会有对应显示，↑↑箭头表示前进，↓↓箭头表示后退。
⑥直线纠偏：
采用多圈编码器旋钮，按下使能按钮，右转旋钮，直线纠偏显示：Df：左，旋钮每转一格增加1个单位，左电机速度增加0.1个单位；左转旋钮，直线纠偏显示：Df：右，旋钮每转一格增加1个单位，右电机速度增加0.1个单位。
⑦小电机转弯开关：
采用3档复位开关，手动模式下扳动此开关，可以控制小电机左转和右转，松手后遥控器会自动停止此动作。前进状态下，扳动此开关，显示屏上会有对应显示，←↑箭头表示左转，↑→箭头表示右转。后退状态下，扳动此开关，显示屏上会有对应显示，←↓箭头表示左转，↓→箭头表示右转。
⑧大电机调速：
采用多圈编码器旋钮，每次转动1格，大电机速度值变化大约0.2个单位，快速转动可以快速修改大电机速度值。
⑨小电机调速：
采用多圈编码器旋钮，手动模式下，按下使能按钮，然后每次转动1格，左右小电机速度值变化大约0.1个单位，快速转动可以快速修改小电机速度值。自动模式下，按下使能按钮，然后每次转动1格，小电机限速值F变化大约0.1个单位，快速转动可以快速修改小电机限速值。

2.Refer to our receiver wiring diagram，Compare your on-site equipment，将设备通过导线和接收器连接。
3.After the receiver is fixed，The antenna equipped with the receiver must be connected，And install the outer end of the antenna or place it outside the electric cabinet，It is recommended to place the signal on the top of the electric cabinet.，It is not allowed to disconnect the antenna，或者将
天线放在电柜内部，It may cause the signal to be unusable。
4.最后给遥控器安装电池，电池盖拧紧，然后打开遥控器电源开关，遥控器显示屏会显示正常工作界面后，就可以进行遥控操作了。

7.产品操作说明
7.1遥控器参数设置
进入遥控器后台参数方法：模式开关扳到手动模式，小电机速度调到左右都是25，或者都是0、10、20、40、50，大电机正转开关向上连续扳动3次，向下连续扳动3次；
使用“小电机调速”旋钮翻页，按下使能后转动小电机调速旋钮修改参数；
修改完之后，翻页到最后，选择保存退出，按下使能按钮退出菜单；
参数如下：
最大电流：大电机电流反馈值范围，设置范围15-200A，默认100；
Speed regulation parameters：自动模式小电机自动加速快慢，越小越快，设置范围200-1500，Default 800；
Deceleration parameters：设置允许电机速度变化的上限，电流变化超过此值时，将减速。
越小，左右电机减速越快，范围05-12，默认06；
Acceleration a1：越大电机速度增加的越快，范围00-06，默认01；
Deceleration a2：越大电机速度降低的越快，范围00-06，默认02；
使能调速：小电机调速是否需要按使能，00不使能，01使能，默认01；
启动自锁：大电机正反转开关松开后是否自动保持自锁，00不保持，01保持，默认01；
最大行走：左右电机速度最大值，范围10-100，默认50；
切割电流：切割电流最大值，屏幕显示IC值，范围15-160，默认30，屏幕对应显示IC：30。此参数上限=最大电流x80%；
默认限速：开机默认小电机自动切割速度，范围00-100，默认10，屏幕对应显示F1.0，此参数仅在最大行走设为50时准确。
自动模式：设为00，自动/手动开关是模式切换，设为01，自动/手动开关打到自动档位，显示屏显示照明，接收器上自动端子输出闭合，打到手动，自动输出端子断开；
限速偏移：小电机自动切割速度上限，范围00-200，默认60，屏幕对应显示6.0；显示值上限=限速偏移×0.1；
最大主机：大电机最高速度，范围10-100，默认50；
mbus设备（必设）：大电机变频器型号选择，范围00-03，默认03；

7.3遥控器操作说明
1.The machine is powered，Remote control turned on，进入遥控器后台，设置好遥控器后台参数，主要
是设置小电机和大电机变频器型号（机器厂家已设置的跳过这一步）；
2.设置好变频器参数（机器厂家已设置的跳过这一步）；
3.遥控器扳到手动模式，然后使用遥控器将机器移动至工作位置；
4.手动模式下，设置好大电机切割电流设定值IC，设置好大电机速度；
5.扳到自动模式，设置好小电机切割限速F值；
6.自动模式下，将大电机开关扳到正转启动大电机，然后将小电机开关扳到
前进或后退档，遥控器进入自动切割模式，开始切割。
